SPC flooring is a new type of environmentally friendly flooring developed based on high-tech technology. It has zero formaldehyde, mold resistance, moisture resistance, fire resistance, insect resistance, and easy installation.
SPC flooring is made by extruding PVC base material with a T-shaped mold using a three-roll or four-roll calender to hot-press and emboss PVC wear-resistant layer, PVC decorative film, and PVC base material in one time. The process is simple, and the composite is completed by heat, and no glue is required.
The SPC flooring material uses an environmentally friendly formula, without heavy metals, phthalates, methanol, and other harmful substances, which meets the standards of EN14372, EN649-2011, IEC62321, GB4085-83. It is popular in developed countries in Europe and America and the Asia-Pacific markets. With its excellent stability and durability, SPC flooring not only solves the problem of solid wood flooring being affected by moisture and deforming or rotting, but it also solves the formaldehyde issues of other decoration materials.

SPC flooring shrinkage rate: ≤1‰ (after tempering), ≤2.5‰ (before tempering) (shrinkage rate test standard: 80°C, 6 hours);

Process 1: Mixing
Automatically measure according to the raw material ratio → high-speed mixer thermal mixing (thermal mixing temperature: 125°C, to mix various materials evenly, and exclude moisture in the material) → enter the cold mixing (cool the material to avoid agglomeration and discoloration. Cold mixing temperature: 55°C) → through cooling to mix the materials evenly;
Process 2: Extrusion
Add the twin-screw extruder for heating and extrusion → enter the sheet die head for extrusion forming, and the molded sheet passes through a four-roll calender, with the base material being fixed in thickness → attach the decorative film → attach the wear-resistant layer → cool → cut;
Process 3: UV Tempering
Surface UV → tempering (tempering hot water temperature: 80-120°C; cold water temperature: 10°C).
Process 4: Slitting and Packaging
Slitting → slotting, trimming, chamfering → inspection → packaging.
